Terms of Service

WebNuwa lets you describe a business in plain language and generates a real, publishable website. Features include AI-assisted editing, hosting of published sites, optional custom-domain connection, and paid plans. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use WebNuwa. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us at support@webnuwa.com of any unauthorized use.

You own the content you provide and the websites you create ("Your Content"). We claim no ownership of Your Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and back up Your Content solely to operate and improve the service. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use any text, images, or other materials you upload.

You agree not to use WebNuwa to create or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive (including phishing or impersonation), infringing, malicious, or harmful. You may not attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, other users, or our infrastructure. We may suspend or remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the interval you select unless you cancel before renewal; you can manage or cancel renewal from your billing page. One-time and asynchronous payments (e.g. Alipay/WeChat) are charged once. Prices are shown at checkout. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; if you believe you were charged in error, contact support@webnuwa.com.

If you register a domain through WebNuwa, we purchase and renew it on your behalf through a third-party registrar. Domain fees reflect registrar cost plus a service margin shown before purchase. Because a domain registration is executed immediately with the registrar and cannot be undone, domain fees are non-refundable once the registration or renewal completes. You are responsible for keeping renewal payments current; an expired domain may stop resolving and may become available for others to register.

You may connect a domain you already own by following our verification and DNS instructions. We add routing and issue certificates only for domains you have verified. We never modify your DNS on your behalf beyond what you configure, and disconnecting a domain removes our routing without touching your DNS.

WebNuwa relies on third parties including Stripe (payments), Google (optional sign-in), domain registrars, hosting providers, and AI model providers. Your use of those features may be subject to the third party’s own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The WebNuwa platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by WorkOK Intelligence LLC and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to our trademarks or platform code beyond using the service as intended.

You may stop using WebNuwa and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and other users. Certain provisions (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) survive termination.

WebNuwa is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorkOK Intelligence LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by notice. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
